The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation has announced an impressive lineup of nominees for the 2024 induction. These artists have left an indelible mark on the music industry, influencing generations and shaping the sounds we love.

These artists have created their own unique sounds, leaving an indelible impact on music lovers worldwide. From soulful ballads to electrifying rock anthems, their contributions continue to resonate.

To be eligible for nomination, an artist or band must have released their first commercial recording at least 25 years prior to the year of nomination. Ten out of the fifteen nominees are on the ballot for the first time, including iconic names like Mariah Carey, Cher, and Ozzy Osbourne.

The selection process involves an international voting body of over 1,000 artists, historians, and music industry members. They consider an artist’s musical impact, influence on others, career longevity, innovation, and stylistic excellence. The anticipation builds as we await the announcement of the inductees, which is expected in late April.

The 2024 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place in Cleveland this fall, with the exact date and ticket information yet to be announced. Select donors and members of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame receive exclusive induction ticket opportunities. If you’re a fan, consider joining by June 30 to be eligible!
