Sean "Diddy" Combs, the rapper, producer, and businessman, is facing a **sexual assault lawsuit** filed by Joi Dickerson-Neal. The allegations stem from an incident that allegedly occurred in **January 1991**. According to the lawsuit, Combs took the then-19-year-old woman to dinner at a Harlem restaurant and then drove her to a recording studio. There, she claims she was intentionally drugged by Combs, rendering her unable to stand or walk independently. Combs allegedly sexually assaulted her and filmed the act, which a friend of the accuser reportedly viewed. The lawsuit also accuses Combs of engaging in **"revenge porn."**

However, Combs' legal team has filed a **motion to dismiss** certain claims in the lawsuit. They argue that the New York State Revenge Porn Law was not codified until **2019**, and the allegations of sex trafficking predate the passage of the New York Services for Victims of Human Trafficking Law, which came into effect in **2007**. Essentially, they claim that some of the claims were brought under statutes that did not exist at the time of the alleged misconduct

Combs has denied all allegations, with his spokesperson calling them **"false, offensive, and salacious."** The lawsuit is part of a series of legal actions against Combs, including a settlement in Cassie's lawsuit where she accused him of rape, sex trafficking, and physical abuse. Another lawsuit, filed by a Jane Doe accuser, alleges that Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and her friend after a record label party in **1990 or 1991**.
